Right about now, it is easy to be feeling like you’ve gotten off track with your healthy habits. Maybe your bedtime has crept later, and if you have kids, so has theirs. Maybe it felt too hot to cook so you got really into eating more stuff like pizza or fries because they were so easy. Or maybe you’ve been hitting the booze more because there have been barbecues and trips to the beach or the lake or the woods or the park. Maybe the heat has kept you from exercising.
